- Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals necessary for us to complete our services. Delays in client feedback may result in adjusted project timelines.
- Intellectual Property Rights: Upon final payment, you own the final, approved deliverables (e.g., final logo files, website code). Adcraftory Studio retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a strict NDA is signed prior to project commencement.
- Payment Terms: For productized services, full payment is required upfront. For custom agency contracts, a standard 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance tied to project milestones.
